How I Do What I Do

Here's the winning process I use before writing any piece of copy:

  1. Diving deep into your brand voice and identifying myself with it.
  2. Endlessly reviewing customer language on social platforms, forums, competitors etc. to understand their current state, pain points, dreams and include them in my copy for maximum relatability.
  3. Leveraging my experience, research, and storytelling skills to influence readers towards action and produce concrete outcomes with the copy—leads, buys, shares, conversions.
